What is your return policy?
No returns will be accepted without RA# (Return Authorization). If you have a return you must call us first at 1-800-536-5564 for your RA#. Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced with another product purchased from Septic Services, Inc. All returns must be returned in good condition including all original packaging and paperwork. Refunds will be credited back to your credit card, excluding freight charges. No returns accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. No returns if product is not acceptable by local Regulatory Authorities.

What if my product arrives damaged?
If any product arrives damaged, save the shipping container and notify Septic Services, Inc. immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken products or you may not have a right to file a claim with the carrier. You must contact Septic Services, Inc. within 5 days, we will need pictures E-mailed to us to back up the claim, and then we will contact the carrier.

How are products shipped to me?
UPS or FedEx will be used to ship most items. Truck freight will be used for larger items, which will require someone be there to unload and in some cases must be delivered to a commercial establishment.

What is your policy on international orders?
All International orders are final. Additional charges for customs clearance, import duties, and taxes must be borne by you the customer. Read more

How do I become a member of septicserv.com online store?
Membership is open to all professional contractors operating a business within the US or Canada. Call Septic Services, Inc. at 800-536-5564 and request a contractor code for SepticServ.com online store. You'll be required to provide proof of your professional status. A copy of your business license is required.

How do I find a product?
Browse our product catalog by selecting a product category name on either the horizontal product menu bar or on the left side menu. You can also select a manufacturer name on the left side menu. Do a keyword search by entering one or more keywords in the search box located in the banner. In the bottom menu, you'll find links to view a product directory or product map.

How do I create a different billing & shipping address?

  1. In "shopping cart" page or "order checkout" page,
    Click the link labeled, "Open address book to make changes".
  2. You should now see a popup window.
    Click the link labeled, "Edit address book (Change shipping & billing)".
  3. You should now see your account's address book.
    Click the link labeled, "Click here to add new shipping/billing"
  4. In the popup window, enter your shipping address. Tick the checkbox labeled "Use as shipping address" and click Save button.
