Sales Representative

Septic Services is entering an exciting growth phase and its management team is looking for additional motivated full time sales people.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Identify and cultivate sales with new and existing customers
Build strong understanding of product line, industry, and customers
Make contact and meet with customers to review their business needs
Provide customers with product information and services that will help them in their business
Provide feedback to management team from customers for new products and services
Work with other members of the team throughout the order fulfillment process
Provide after the sale customer service including following up on product satisfaction, handling installation questions and facilitating any product warranty claims

Preferred Experience/Skills

3+ years previous sales experience with track record for growing sales
Ability to listen and assess customer needs quickly
Wastewater products or pump industry experience with mechanical aptitude
Excellent verbal communication skills
Motivated self-starter who can plan their schedule and is comfortable prospecting for new customers
Quick Books or similar customer service/sales software experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Travel Requirements:

50% to 75% travel. Home on weekends

Pump Truck Driver

Are you a hard worker and ready to prove it? Septic Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time pump truck driver at our facility in Union, Missouri. You should be mechanically inclined with trouble shooting abilities. Will be cross trained to pump toilets & holding tanks and make minor repairs as needed. Current class A cdl required. Will also load trailers and deliver materials as needed. Must be self-starter with ability to work independently.

Duties include, but not limited to pump truck driver & tank pumping.
